High Definition Liposculpture is a highly precise technique.
It involves sculpting the silhouette in three dimensions by enhancing existing muscular contours. Our surgeon removes excess fat from the patient and reinjects it into specific areas to redefine and reshape body contours.
Fat is a valuable substance that offers many possibilities for use.
Ultrasound-assisted selective liposuction
Dr. Francesco Pollice uses an ultrasound-based system to treat the chest, abdomen, thighs, buttocks, back, knees, arms, and neck. The principle behind this system is simple: a very thin probe is inserted under the skin and uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations to gently separate fat cells (adipocytes).
The ultrasound emulsifies the adipocytes, making them more fluid during aspiration. This preserves surrounding tissues and does not damage the fat cells, facilitating fat transfer during the aspiration phase.
This system makes liposuction easier, with fewer bruises and shorter recovery times compared to conventional methods.

This procedure does not replace a healthy diet and active lifestyle. Usually, liposculpture eliminates fat cells, along with their ability to regenerate. However, the remaining fat cells in the body can still expand, potentially leading to new fat accumulation.
Liposculpture is an evolution of liposuction: it uses thinner cannulas for more precise work and aims not only to remove fat, but also to sculpt and better define the silhouette.
Abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks, arms, chin, back, and knees are among the most commonly treated areas.
Pain is generally mild to moderate and manageable with pain relievers. Most patients experience some discomfort in the first few days after surgery.
